Kangana Ranaut requests fans to watch her films in theatres after her film Tejas opened with shocking low numbers at the box office
Kangana Ranaut who has been making headlines due to her active promotion of the upcoming film "Tejas," made an appeal on her social media platform for the audience to support theatres and watch movies in them. Her plea comes in the wake of the disappointing performance of Tejas at the box office. The timing of her appeal appears to be far from coincidental, given that "Tejas" not only fell short of expectations but also earned the dubious distinction of being one of the year's most significant box office failures. In her message to her followers, Kangana earnestly urged families to patronize theaters, emphasizing their vital role in the survival of this cinematic experience. Despite generous offers and free tickets, the drop in audience attendance has been alarming, leading to the closure of many theatres. Continuing, she emphasized, "I urge people to visit the big screens, share the experience with their loved ones, as without their support, theatres may not be able to endure."
